This paper reported three kinds of new pathogenies of gout: stress condition, inconsistent sexual maturity and relatively high protein feed. Gout in poultry is the condition that excessive urates accumulate in the birds and beasts' blood and cannot beexcreted outside the bodies rapidly, then lead to hyperuricaemia, and cause urates depositing in joint capsule, joint cartilage, periphery cartilage and chest abdominal cavity, and on the surface of internal organs and other interstitial tissues. Its common pathogenies include: (i) feed with excessively high crude protein content over 28%, especially high nucleoprotein and purine base (animal internal organs, meat filings, fish meal and soybean flour), (ii) heredity factor, (iii) infectious disease like infectious bronchitis, (iv) denutrition like VA lacks, and (v) poisoning factor. Besides above common reasons, in recent years the authors have discovered three kinds of new pathogenies and the new clinical situations of gout as follows.
