Following a tumultuous October-November,it came as little surprise that year-end capital-mar-ket activity comprised a potpourri of deals making it to the finish line.Capital raises included midstream and E&P follow-on offerings,and a convertible as well as senior-note offerings from issuers in the midstream,E&P,oilfield-service and LNG sectors.
