Disclosed are a system and a method for providing a year-end tax adjustment form which automatically extracts only a deduction item corresponding to a revertible year for a year-end tax adjustment and excludes an item unnecessary for a user so as to compose only with an item necessary for the user. According to an aspect of the present invention, a system for automatically determining a year-end tax adjustment deduction item comprises: a year-end tax adjustment deduction item DB for storing item information and effective period information of each year-end tax adjustment deduction item; and a control module for comparing effective period information of each year-end tax adjustment deduction item stored in the year-end tax adjustment deduction item DB so as to extract a year-end tax adjustment deduction time to be effective to the revertible year.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
