PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of matching work between a certificate of deduction and an application for deduction which are different in form layout.;SOLUTION: With respect to each certificate of certificates of insurance premium deduction issued by a plurality of insurance companies respectively, a form size of the certificate of insurance premium deduction different by each of the insurance companies and a read template indicating respective positions of a plurality of pieces of information to be read, for matching work, from the certificate of insurance premium deduction different in write-down positions of information by each of the insurance companies are stored as master information. A size of image data of a certificate of insurance deduction attached to an application for insurance premium deduction read by a scanner device is compared to sizes in master information to specify a certificate of insurance premium deduction issued by an insurance company. In order to identify positions where information needing to be entered in the application for insurance premium deduction and information for confirming entered contents are written down, a read template for the specified certificate of insurance premium deduction issued by the insurance company is superposed on the image data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
