Linnéa Christin Franβen presented her mathematical model of tumour invasion and metastatic spread at the annual L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award Ceremony (www. womeninscience.co.uk) on 24 May 2018 at the Royal Society in London. She had been selected to present her poster as a finalist out of around 400 female doctoral students in the sciences.
