Background and Aims: Magnifying narrow-band imaging (mag-NBI) and magnifying chromoendoscopy using crystal violet staining for pit pattern analysis (pit pattern) is highly accurate for diagnosing invasion depth of superficial colorectal neoplasms. However, NBI and pit pattern have not been compared.
