GERMANY: Zeppelin Systems GmbH has developed a new additive-feeding technology which,it claims,reduces complexity and enhances accuracy and consistency in the mixing room. Based on the company's CMQ mixer,the Zeppelin PreMix technology mixes small amounts of chemicals into a masterbatch ahead of the mixing process for rubber production. The resulting stabilised premix is no longer dusty,does not need plastic bags and has”perfect consistency”for inline feeding to the rubber mixing process,said Zeppelin.
