摘要

Various testing setups have been developed in the past in order to estimate and characterize the cement-casing bonding properties (called ZBF in this paper).New simulations in the area of wellbore integrity have shown that the proper bonding between cement and casing plays a critical role in the understanding of leak mechanisms of underground fluids.This paper shows some results measured using a newly developed testing setup.First,the paper is revising the ZFB classification,followed by a comparison of different published data.Vibrations methods to improve cement properties and ZFB are also presented and discussed in this paper.However our results haue shown that the vibrations applied to the cement during its slurry phase do not improue bonding,but only the compressive strength.Finally,the available data is compared and discussed,showing the importance of proper experimental setup to measure cement-casing bonding.
