In a number of walks of life, people are using the upcoming Brexit negotiations as a reason to do nothing, or at the very least to prevaricate about what they will do for the future. Whatever happens and whatever the outcome, work will still need doing, there will be opportunities for businesses large and small that adopt a positive attitude to things and see opportunities where less positive people see problems. There will always be challenges - that's called real life.
