We have had many discussions lately about ILMA's efforts to raise the bar on ethics and the sampling and testing program designed to find misrepresented finished product.An update of that program will be presented at the Management Forum.This past week,however,a light bulb went off in my head that said something like,"Hey,we haven't discussed the starting raw materials in a lubricant formulation"in regard to ethics and testing.
