摘要

A better synchronous motion control method is introduced in this paper in order to satisfy the requirements of slicing technology to the machine tool configurations and the control system. The motion model of the gear slicing and machine tool configurations are decided by the feature and the principle of the gear slicing. Taking the control precision, control objects and control range into account, it is affirmed that the electronic gearbox is the best way for the synchronous motion control of the gear slicing CNC machine tool by comparing and analyzing all kinds of synchronous motion control methods provided by SIEMENS840D. According to the control principle of the electronic gearbox, three approaches to improve the control precision are proposed through error analysis. The feasibility of the control method is proved through machining instance. Finally, conclusions are made.
