Underheated holding furnaces boost efficiency and metal quality

Efficient holding furnaces are essential in casting operations to maintain molten metal at the correct temperature prior to being transferred and poured into the mould. One equipment variant for this critical process stage is the underheated holding furnace – essentially a chamber- holding unit, complete with electric im- mersion type heaters, for the application of holding and ladle dosing molten alu- minium.
