FAI-Northern Region organised a training programme on "Enhancing Professional & Personal Effectiveness" during September 21-24, 2011 at Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Forty eight participants from 13 companies attended the programme. The training programme was inaugurated by Mr. J.C. Laddha, Chairman, FAI-NRC & CEO-Insulator & Fertiliser Business, Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd., New Delhi. In his inaugural address, Mr. J.C. Laddha mentioned that we are living in an era of constant change. Globalization has enabled the spread of technology to erstwhile unreachable areas of the world.
