In the north of Nuytsland Nature Reserve on the Nullarbor Plain, WA, lies the Mt Everest of Australian cave diving. Cocklebiddy Cave is one of the longest single-entrance underwater caves in the world, with tunnel-like chambers extending for more than6 km. Its innermost chamber, Toad Hall, has seen less than 40 visitors since its discovery more than 30 years ago. Cave diver Brett Rapp, runner-up in Australian Geographic's 50,000 dollar "Live your Dream" Wildest Adventure Competition, reports on hisexpedition into Cocklebiddy Cave in May 2006.
