The remaining bidders on Shell's US $10 Bn Bonga Southwest/Aparo (BSWA) project off Nigeria continue to be frustrated with the company now asking for more time - again. The operator was timetabled to have opened commercial bids long ago but, as previously revealed by AOG, unexpectedly returned and asked for further technical clarifications from FPSO bidders including details on local content. These were submitted at the start of this month.
