Next Lekoil Nigeria phase slips back

Lekoil is now hoping to start the second phase development of its Otakikpo field in Nigeria next year. The project in OML 11 has continually been delayed with the first phase still not hitting its target of 10,000 b/d. The aim is to bring in a second phase to lift output to 20,000 b/d although Lekoil last week put the date back to 2020 from 2019.
