Africa Oil Corp transforms with Nigeria deep purchase

Canadian minnow Africa Oil Corp (AOC) has transformed itself after closing the US $520m deal to buy Petrobras' deepwa-ter assets in Nigeria. The deal brings with it an 8% interest in Chevron's OML 127 and the Agbami field and 16% in Total's OML 130 including the Akpo, Egina and Preowei fields.
