摘要

In order to solve th e problem of heavy weight and poor m anufacturability of th e m echanical continuously variable gearbox of high power tracto rs, th e stru ctu ral design of the gearbox was based on topology optim ization. Firstly, the static analysis of th e gearbox was carried out, and th en th e m inim um flexibility of th e gearbox housing was taken as th e objective function. T h e variable-density m ethod was used to optim ize the gearbox topology, remove some excess m aterial and perform rib design. Finally, th e results before and after optim ization were com pared and analyzed. T he results show th a t the weight of th e optim ized box has been reduced by 21.3% and th e stren g th and stiffness have been improved to achieve the aim of lightweight.
