摘要

The research aimed at testing a theoretical model that illustrates the effect of intelligence, personality, emotional intelligence, and creativity on academic achievement. A total of 222 Indonesian college students participated in this study. Structural equation modelling was utilizedto analyze the effect of the factors on college students’ academic achievement. The result showed significant direct impact of intelligence and personality on academic achievement, and indirect impact of emotional intelligence and creativity on academic achievement, mediated by personality.
