Omega Handling Ltd have developed a revolutionary new film & foam pallet wrapping system to eliminate the need for conventional cardboard top-hat edge protection of palletised reels. Omega recognises and understands the problems encountered whilst using top-hat covers, cardboard and strapping can be expensive and difficult to store at line-side in the packing area. Omega designed the new wrapping system primarily to reduce packaging costs and to improve logistics line-side; however, the stability of the load is also retained and palletised reels remain undamaged during transport.
