VISIT OF DELEGATION FROM METI (MINISTRY OF ECONOMY, TRADE AND INDUSTRY) JAPAN TO INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL-NORTHERN REGION

Adelegation from METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) Government of Japan was hosted by Indian Chemical Council-Northern region on 15.11.2019. The delegation was led by Mr. Hideyasu Tamura, Director for RCEP at METI. It also included Mr. Keiichi Onozawa, Representative of METI for South Asia Region and Director JETRO, Japan and Ms Shihori Maeda, Deputy Director, METI. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on RCEP, which the Government of India has decided not to sign in its present shape. ICC was represented by Mr. Kumaresh C. Misra, Director & Mr. P. S. Singh, Secretary-ICC-NR, Mr. S. Ganesan, Chairman-International Treaties Committee of ICC, Mr. Dinesh Chopra of DR Enterprises and Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Officer-Sustainabiilty and Mr. Kunal Jain of ICC.
