Dear Editor, Male breast cancer represents 1% of all invasive breast cancer cases, the most common subtypes of which are infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC; 90%) and papillary carcinoma (2%). Lobular carcinoma is extremely rare in males, comprising 1% of male breast carcinoma. We report a case of invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) in the male breast diagnosed by fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytology.
