摘要

The platelets in the blood stream are tightly regulated by prostaglandin I2 (PGI2) and nitric oxide (NO) released from endothelial cells under physiological conditions.1,2 However, when they are exposed to oxygen and the injury state of blood vessel, they form a platelet plug and secrete diverse biomolecules that are involved in the process of platelet adhesion, activation, and aggregation. Through the successive process, blood vessel repair begins.3 Therefore, platelet aggregation plays a key important role in stopping blood losing and wound healing.3
