China’s Juyuan Chemical delays Jilin polyols startup to late-Oct

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Juyuan Chemical will delay the start-up of its 185,000 tonne/year Phase I polyols plant in Jilin province to late October from its initial schedule of 10-15 October, a company source said on Tuesday. The plant’s new start-up schedule will coincide with the restart of an upstream propylene oxide (PO) plant, owned by Jishen Petrochemical, in the second half of the month, the source said.
