LONDON (ICIS)--Shell has completed a $916m deal to sell its Buenos Aires refinery in Argentina, along with downstream and retail operations, to its Raizen joint venture with Brazil’s Cosan, it said in a statement late on Monday. The deal, announced in April, includes 665 retail stations, as well as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), marine fuels, aviation fuels, bitumen, chemicals and lubricants businesses, and supply and distribution activities in the country.
