OBJECTIVE: The aim of the present study was to compare the outcomes of patients with chronic subdural hematoma after undergoing burr hole craniotomy with subperiosteal or subgaleal drainage (SPGD) with those of patients who have undergone burr hole craniotomy with subdural drainage.
