Taiwan's China Steel announced on 27th its consolidated financial results for June 2020 (New Taiwan Dollar, NT$) with Operating Loss of NT$464 million (approx. US$15.86 million at US$1=NT$29.25) and Loss Before Tax of NT$225 million (approx. US$7.69 million), remaining in the red for the eighth straight month (since November 2019). The sales volume of steel products fell 8.5% year-on-year to 736,000 tonnes. It was up 0.8% month-on-month.
