Singapore—Sluggish Chinese seaborne demand coupled with the lack of Indian buying interest pushed Kalimantan thermal coal prices down further, sources said Thursday. A latest trade for a Supramax vessel cargo of the Indonesian 4,200 kcal/kg GAR, or 3,800 kcal/ kg NAR, coal was heard concluded to China at $30.50/mt FOB Kalimantan for April loading.
