Pemex, Shell renew partnership for Deer Park refinery

Mexico City-Royal Dutch shell and Pemex have agreed to extend their ownership JV for the Deer Park refinery along the Texas Gulf Coast until 2033, 10 years beyond the previous end date of 2023. Victor Manuel Ochoa, shell Mexico’s external relations manager, told Platts late Friday in an email statement about the contract extension. Pemex wasn’t immediately available for comment.
