Chile’s iron ore miner CAP Minería plans to restart operations at its Puerto Guacolda II port in Huasco in September, the company said. The port will reopen through “the installation of a temporary ship loader, with the same loading capacity as the original, although with some limitations on its mobility,” the company said late Friday. The complete rehabilitation of the port is expected to take up to 24 months after the provisional equipment is installed, it said.
