Major Oil Producers Remain Divided

Major producers Saudi Arabia and Russia are no closer to resolving their differences and working together to stabilize a severely oversupplied oil market in which demand and prices have collapsed. US President Donald Trump has suggested he could join the Saudi and Russian leaders in talks to restore some order to the market. However, the Kremlin has said no such talks are planned for the time being.
