Gazprom Proposes Record Dividends

Gazprom’s management has proposed paying a record 10.43 rubles per share (16.2c/share) in dividends for 2018, up 30% on the year, the Russian state-run gas giant said last week (NC Mar.7’19). The proposal is subject to a re- view by the board of directors before being approved by shareholders at an annual meeting on Jun. 28.
