PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery plan proposing program capable of achieving complete analysis from a small number of pieces of information on vehicle dispatching results, and presenting exact delivery costs and a downtime, and a recording medium on which the delivery plan proposing program is recorded and which can be read by a computer, and to provide a delivery plan proposing method.;SOLUTION: A computer is made to function as: an input information processing device 11 which allows a storage part 2 in which a prescribed time zone is stored to store input information including a time to move from a departure place to an arrival place and an optional time zone; a temporal load handling time zone determination device 12 which determines a temporal load handling time zone from the prescribed time zone; a temporal load handling start time calculation device 13 which calculates a temporal load handling start time at the arrival place from an arrival time at the arrival place and the upper limit time of the temporal load handling time zone; and a load handling start time calculation device 14 which calculates a load handling start time at the arrival place from the temporal load handling start time at the arrival place and the lower limit time of the temporal load handling time zone, and calculates a load handling start time at the departure place from a virtual time at the departure place and the lower limit time of the temporal load handling time zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
