The price of steel H-beams in Europe was unchanged again in the week ended Wednesday August 19, but market participants expected to see increases by September at the latest, Fastmarkets has heard. Fastmarkets’ weekly price assessment for steel beams, domestic, delivered Northern Europe, was €530-560 ($631-667) per tonne on Wednesday, unchanged week on week.
