Southeast Asia: BPC reports 10,000 t sale to Vietnam

BPC reported the sale of 10,000 t standard MOP for August shipment to Southern Vietnam at $290/t CFR, in line with the high end of the Southeast Asia price range for confirmed business. The cargo is expected to dock at Ho Chi Minh and the buyer, though unconfirmed, is understood to be TTL. BPC also reported the sale of 6,000 t sMOP to Universal Harvester in the Philippines at $310/t CFR for September loading, up by $10/t from the supplier’s June shipment. The buyer had not confirmed the purchase at the time of writing.
