Brazilian MAP prices extended gradual rises this week following Mosaic's decision to declare force majeure at US operations in the wake of Hurricane Irma, along with some prompt demand. Most suppliers are now understood to be offering higher than $360/mt CFR and Mosaic reported DAP sales to Latin America this week at $345/mt FOB, reflecting at least $360/mt CFR if sold to Brazil.
