PURPOSE: A method for displaying a real estate price-related information using the Internet and using a GIS or an Internet GIS, and a method for calculating real estate price using a map or a land registration map in geographical information system and displaying it through the Internet home page is provided to provide a basic information and price information of a real estate to a user by double clicking an address number on a map being connected to the GIS. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of constructing a database by storing the price information, the basic information, the apartment information and the statistical information to a real estate price providing server, setting a region including the real estate that a searcher wants to search, calling a map or a land registration map through a GIS or Internet GIS, selecting a region to be searched on the map or land registration map, selecting a desire real estate among the searched real estates, displaying the basic and price information of the selected real estate, inputting a basic item for the appraisal price calculation in case that the searcher wants to know the appraisal price of a real estate, and automatically calculating the appraisal price on the basis of the inputted basic information.
