Mediterranean: Offers climb further as market tightens

Spot prices for sulphur sales of 10,000 mt or less in the Mediterranean region were assessed unchanged on the week at $93-103/mt CFR, though the lower end of the range seemed increasingly unlikely as offer levels climbed further. Although offers were heard to both Turkey and Egypt around $106/mt CFR and even higher, these levels were not yet accepted by buyers, who countered with bids up to $103/mt.
