Saudi Arabia: Ma'aden confirms recent NPS sale

Ma'aden is understood to be in the freight market for a 24,000 mt DAP, MAP and NPS cargo for Brazil from Ras Al Khair loading March 21-25. The shipment is understood to comprise 16,000 mt MAP, 5,000 mt DAP and 3,000 mt NPS in sale agreed late February originally understood to just be for DAP/MAP. The sale of 3,000 mt NPS from Ma'aden is an interesting development and may be a sign of things to come once trial granulation gets started at the Waad Al Shamal complex later in H1 and ramps up through H2.
