Activity was again limited this week at Rouen with prompt offers at €160/t FCA and January offers in the €162-163/t FCA range, leaving the Rouen 32% spot assessment unchanged at €160-161/t FCA. France’s largest ag co-op was linked to the purchase of 25,000 t UAN from Grodno via its November 3 tender, while other sources linked the award to Acron. The award price of €134/t FOB Klaipeda, which is on par with Grodno’s last tender on September 4, would result in a CFR value of €147-148/t CFR Rouen.
