US: MOP imports down 5% in H1

The US imported 767,059 t MOP in June, an 18% increase from the same month in 2019, according to updated trade data via IHS Markit. Still, January-June imports were down 5% year on year at 5.97 Mt. Of the total, 5.32 Mt were from Canada, roughly stable with the volume from the same period last year.
