Sonatrach, Saipem Resolve Pending Disputes

Algeria's state-owned Sonatrach and Italy's Saipem agreed to resolve four pending litigation cases in order to work together on new projects. The four disputes involved the contract for construction of a gas liquefaction project in Arzew, the contract for an LPG project in Hassi Messaoud, the contract for the realization of the LZ2 LPG pipeline in Hassi R'Mel, and the contract for construction of a gas production unit in the Menzel Ledjmet field.
