UAE’s Taqa Touts Results in Europe, Iraqi Kurdistan

Robust performances from Taqa’s oil and gas operations in Northwest Europe and the Kurdistan region of Iraq were largely responsible for growth in the UAE-based energy company’s revenues and profits in the first half of this year. CFO Mohammed al-Ahbabi noted that the firm’s first-half production of 124,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day was 3% higher than in the same period of 2018.
