MHRA upholds complaint over Auden McKenzie advertisement in The Journal

Auden McKenzie has been taken to task by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency over an advertisement for Tyvera (thiamine) published in The Journal.The MHRA upheld a complaint that prescribing information included information about lactose but not about sucrose and that this was misleading.The legal status of the product was also incorrectly shown to be prescription only when it has pharmacy status.
