Dubai—Saudi Arabia’s share of Asian crude oil markets were little changed in the first half of this year from a year ago, the US Energy Information Agency said Wednesday, despite a sharp increase in competition to supply the region that has accompanied falling oil prices. The EIA concluded that the kingdom’s new oil policy aimed at protecting market share appeared to be working.
