Ghana eyes new offer for Kosmos interest

London-Ghana's state oil company GNPC plans next year to make a second offer with a foreign partner for Kosmos Energy's stake in the country's huge Jubilee oil field, but only after two key petroleum laws are passed, a legal source close to the country's oil ministry said November 16.
