Houston—A day after unveiling a potentially huge discovery in the Haynesville play in northern Louisiana, big independent Chesapeake Energy sized the play’s resource potential March 25 at around 7.5 to 20 Tcf of equivalent natural gas and called it the “most significant” find the company has ever made.
