PDVSA's oil production off sharply in Venezuela's west

Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA pumped 953,500 b/d of crude from its western operations in February,a fall of over 200,000 b/d since last October,according to a company statement March 6.PDVSA claimed in the statement it had beaten its February target of 944,000 b/d.
