Petro-Canada is hoping to take the next step in May with Russia's Gazprom on the supply side of its plans to enter the LNG .business through a regasification terminal in Quebec.Ron Brenneman,CEO of the Calgary-based company,told a conference call Apr 26 Petro-Canada will be in Russia next month to present the results of a study on the feasibility and viability of building a liquefaction plant near St Petersburg and to recommend moving to front-end engineering.
