Shell part of second Iraq production study

New York/Dubai-Shell Oil,along with Australian major BMP Billiton and little known independent Tigris Petroleum,has signed an agreement with Iraq's Oil Ministry to study boosting oil production in the country's Mis-san area,a Shell spokesman confirmed to Platts Jan 18.
